Terms of Use

VeziPic provides browser-based tools for image compression, resizing, cropping, format conversion, editing, upscaling, background removal, watermarking, rotation, and face blurring.

The current service is free and requires no account or sign-in. It has no paid checkout. If paid features are introduced, separate transaction terms will be provided before they apply.

Images you select and resulting files are processed inside your browser and are not uploaded to VeziPic servers. Some features download models and program files needed to run the tool from the VeziPic site.

Working files and results are not stored permanently and disappear when you remove an item, refresh the page, or close the tab. A file passed to another tool through “Continue editing” remains in browser memory for no more than two minutes; only files you download remain on your device.

You are responsible for providing a compatible browser, device, network connection, and backups of your source files.

Support and processing speed may vary with your browser, device performance, memory, image format, dimensions, and file integrity. Keep a separate copy of important source files before editing.

You must have the rights or other lawful authority needed to use and process every image you select.

Rights in images you select and the resulting files remain with you or their lawful owner. VeziPic does not transmit or store image files on its servers and does not acquire ownership of or a license to your images.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use does not infringe copyrights, publicity or personality rights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights of another person.

Rights in the VeziPic name, logo, interface design, software, and original site content belong to VeziPic or their respective lawful owners. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.

VeziPic may change or temporarily suspend parts of the service when reasonably necessary for improvements, security, maintenance, legal compliance, or operation.

Foreseeable changes that materially affect users will be announced on the site within a reasonable period. Urgent security responses or events outside our control may be announced after recovery.

An interruption does not affect result files you have already downloaded to your device.

VeziPic works to provide a reliable service but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, support for every image format, browser, or device, or results of a particular quality.

Compression, conversion, and AI-assisted editing may produce results that differ from the source. Before using a result, check its quality, dimensions, format, transparency, animation, and metadata.

VeziPic tools and guidance are not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or other professional judgment.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VeziPic is not responsible for losses that are not attributable to VeziPic and are caused by a user’s device, browser, or network; unauthorized image use; failure to back up source files; or third-party services.

Nothing in these terms excludes VeziPic’s legal responsibility for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any user right that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

If a loss occurs, VeziPic and the user will address it under applicable law, considering its cause and foreseeability, each party’s responsibility, and reasonable steps taken to reduce the loss.

The service may link to contact email, external policy pages, or other third-party services. The third party’s own terms and policies apply to its service.

The service uses Google AdSense code and advertising areas, and displayed ads are distinguished from site content. Whether ads appear may depend on site approval, ad availability, and the user’s location, consent, and settings; related data processing and privacy choices are described in the Privacy Policy.

VeziPic may revise these terms when the service or applicable law changes. The reason, key changes, and effective date will normally be announced on the site at least seven days in advance. A materially adverse change will normally be announced at least 30 days in advance. A shorter period may be used when reasonably necessary for an urgent legal or security response.

Unless applicable law or a separate agreement with you requires otherwise, a revision will not apply to matters that occurred before it took effect. We will request separate consent when applicable law requires it.

These terms and use of the service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. This choice does not exclude mandatory consumer protections that apply in the country where you reside.

The parties will first try in good faith to resolve a dispute. If they cannot, it will be resolved by a court with jurisdiction under the applicable rules of civil procedure.
